Although every search is unique, we incorporate the following strategies.
Research
We begin every search by researching relevant companies and identifying specific contacts at those companies. Precise industry and personnel research lays the groundwork for successful outreach.
Outreach
Many of the best candidates are "passive" job seekers – individuals who are not actively seeking a new position, but who may be open to new opportunities. We contact these individuals directly.
Networking
On every search, we also reach out to our extensive network of existing contacts. Some may be interested in the opportunity. Others may refer us to qualified business associates who may be seeking.
